A FEW NOTES TO REMEMBER

  • Please make sure your child arrives at the field "ready to practice" at least a few minutes prior to the start time.
  • All practices will be at Bambrick Park unless otherwise noted.
  • Always bring mouth guards (attached to helmet).
  • Always bring plenty of water (preferably large water jugs with ice).
  • It is best to finish eating (your healthy snack or meal) at least one (1) hour before practice begins.
  • If you are close to your weight limit, eat smart.  Drink lots of water and cut out the junk.
  • When 7:00pm is listed as the practice end time, that sometimes means "7ish" - thank you in advance for your patience.
  • Be sure to drink plenty of water ALL DAY
